Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks a contractor to assist in the preparation and audit of the New Mexico Environment Department's (NMED) financial statements and to perform a Federal Single Audit of NMED’s federal funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The audit must comply with generally accepted auditing standards and New Mexico Office of the State Auditor rules. The contractor will also perform a special Federal Single Audit of NMED’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Clean Water Administrative Fund. The contract will be multi-year, not exceeding four years, with an initial one-year term and options to extend for three additional years under the same terms and conditions.
