Description
The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified design and engineering professionals to develop Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimates for Quiet Zone improvements at three existing at-grade railroad crossings along the Caltrain corridor. The project includes preparation of construction documents, coordination with regulatory agencies, design of railroad and civil improvements, permitting, environmental documentation, and community outreach. Optional construction support services during bidding and construction phases are also included. The improvements aim to enhance safety and reduce noise at the specified crossings.
