Description
Brazosport College is soliciting sealed proposals for the disassembly, removal, site restoration, and transfer of ownership of playground equipment located at the Bill and Julia May Childrens Center on the Brazosport College campus. The equipment was installed in 2023 and the Childrens Center closed in 2024, so the College no longer needs the equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for all costs and logistics of removal and site restoration, and will assume ownership of the equipment on an as-is, where-is basis. Proposals will be evaluated based on the ability to safely remove the equipment, the removal timeline, and the intended future use for community or educational benefit.
