Description
The United States Department of Agriculture announces adjusted income eligibility guidelines for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) to be used by State agencies in determining income eligibility of applicants. These guidelines are effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and are based on 185 percent of the Federal poverty guidelines as adjusted annually. The notice includes detailed income limits by household size for the 48 contiguous States, the District of Columbia, U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. State agencies may implement these guidelines concurrently with Medicaid income eligibility guidelines but no later than July 1, 2026.
