SMART is seeking Statements of Qualifications from prospective Design-Build Entities to pre-qualify for the complete civil and systems construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Jennings Avenue New At-Grade Crossing and West 3rd Street Grade Crossing Improvements including Joe Rodota Trail Connection. Optional work includes construction and commissioning of Security Cameras at multiple locations and 4th Street At-Grade Crossing Improvements.
