SMART is seeking Statements of Qualifications from prospective Design-Build Entities to pre-qualify for the complete civil and systems construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Jennings Avenue New At-Grade Crossing and West 3rd Street Grade Crossing Improvements including Joe Rodota Trail Connection. Optional work includes construction and commissioning of Security Cameras at multiple locations and 4th Street At-Grade Crossing Improvements. The procurement follows a Qualifications-Based Selection process to select consultants based on competence and professional qualifications at fair and reasonable prices. The agreement may be funded using State or Local Funds, and the deadline for submission is June 17, 2026.
