Description
This Request for Information (RFI) aims to determine if the ETA Transit System commodity or service is available from multiple providers or if an alternate commodity or service meets the County's needs. The ETA Transit System includes a transit grade onboard computing platform with a Vehicle Logic Unit, cloud-based CAD/AVL system, and integrated SPOT/Route Manager suite supporting GTFS management, automated announcements, destination sign control, APC integration, and real-time vehicle tracking. Vendors are requested to provide information about their ability to supply the commodity or service or contest the proposed single source designation. The Director of Purchasing will decide on the designation based on vendor submissions.
