Description

The City of Pittsburg Public Works Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for on-call professional services across multiple technical disciplines including civil engineering, surveying, traffic engineering, dry utility and electrical engineering, construction material testing, biological, hydrologist, environmental, hazardous material testing, geotechnical, landscape architecture, and architectural services. The city intends to establish a list of pre-qualified consultants to support capital improvement projects, development review, and operational needs on an as-needed basis. Contracts will be issued on an on-call, task-order basis with a fee limit of $500,000 per agreement and $250,000 per task order. The term of the contract is two years with options for two one-year extensions.
