The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of approach ramp bridge structures at the George Washington Bridge Henry Hudson Parkway approach ramp complex and associated structures in New York. The work includes overlays, concrete deck repairs, structural steel and concrete rehabilitation, prestressed/post-tensioned concrete box and I-girder rehabilitation, fiber reinforced polymer, bearing replacement, temporary supports and shoring, cleaning and painting, structural monitoring systems, removal of incidental lead, asbestos, PCB-containing caulking, maintenance of traffic, and related work. Bidders must have a minimum of ten years construction experience, have completed at least three comparable contracts, and have experienced full-time project management and general superintendent staff.
