SUNY Upstate Medical University seeks to purchase Beckman Coulter Access Reagents and Related Products for the Access Instrument from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi). Vendors offering equivalent Beckman Coulter Urinalysis Analyzer Reagents and Related Products may contact the primary contact to discuss this procurement. Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Access Reagents and Related Products, with supporting clinical documentation and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors must comply with all related requirements including submission of Vendor Responsibility documents and valid NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms.
