The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to supply and install a Pre-Engineered Metal Building on a concrete foundation, build out interior space, and perform site clearing, facility access road expansion, and other improvements at the SRMT Transfer Station located at 179 County Route 43, Fort Covington, NY. The project requires compliance with Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, domestic preference, and Native American preference policies. A pre-proposal/bid meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2026, with substantial completion expected by January 30, 2027. The Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals regardless of price.
