Description

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking qualifications to establish a Managed Services agreement for its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The platform includes ITSM, ITAM, Vulnerability Response, Knowledge Management, HR Service Delivery, and core platform/ITOM capabilities. The scope involves maintaining platform stability, optimizing service management processes, sustaining CMDB accuracy, supporting integrations, and providing configuration, testing, deployment, technical support, strategic guidance, best-practice recommendations, roadmap development, and governance. An RFP is expected to be issued to pre-qualified vendors following this RFQ.
