E.W. Howell Co., LLC is seeking bids from NYC/NYS M/WBE & SDVOB certified firms for a 110,000 sq. ft new multi-building construction project at Rodman's Neck, Bronx, NY. The project includes demolition of existing site structures and construction of three new buildings: Interior Firing Range Building, Mess Hall Building, and Storage Building. Work encompasses sitework, landscaping, and various construction trades such as CAD/BIM, abatement, demolition, concrete, masonry, roofing, painting, and installation of specialized equipment.
