Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for Law Enforcement Equipment, including equipment, gear, tools, instruments, and related services for law enforcement, corrections, security, defense, criminal investigation, tactical response, and traffic enforcement. The procurement includes law enforcement duty gear, traffic safety enforcement equipment, crime scene management and evidence collection supplies, tactical and Explosive Ordnance Disposal equipment (excluding certain items), and services such as training, installation, testing, maintenance, warranty, and technical support. The solicitation excludes firearms and ammunition, conducted energy weapons or less lethal equipment, uncrewed systems, and critical care, resuscitation, or EMS equipment.
