This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No quotes are being requested or accepted at this time with this notice. The information requested regarding blood assay services will be used to determine available vendors and whether sufficient SDVOSB/VOSB/small business concerns exist who are capable of performing the work required by this procurement. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED INFORMATION OR ANSWER ANY QUESTION WILL BE UNDERSTOOD BY VA TO BE A STATEMENT THAT THE VENDOR RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THAT PARTICULAR SERVICE OR COMPLY WITH THAT REQUIREMENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO-E Research and Development has a requirement for Blood Assay services for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Potential Sources shall respond with their ability to provide these services as outlined in the draft Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q301 Reference Laboratory Testing. The Small Business Size Standard is 19 million. Responses to this notice shall include the following: 1. Company name 2. SAM UEI number 3. Company s address, 4.
