The U.S. Navy is seeking contractor support for Port Security Barrier (PSB) operations at Naval Support Activity Naples Detachment (NSAND) in Gaeta, Italy. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Support Activity Naples Detachment (NSAND) - NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella Naples Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Port Security Barrier (PSB) gate operation services, including opening and closing the Main Gate (~150m) and Side Gate (~50m) - Contractor must provide all vessels, management, personnel, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for PSB operations - Approximately 60 main gate and 140 side gate movements per year - Licensed tugboat/vessel operations required - 24/7 availability with one-hour response time - Support for drills, inspections, refueling, and emergency operations - Detailed operational reporting and compliance with U.S. and Italian maritime, safety, and environmental regulations - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must demonstrate maritime and port security experience, especially in overseas environments - Compliance with both U.S. and Italian laws and standards - Non-personal services contract; contractor provides all resources - Capability statements required from vendors - Place of Performance: - Naval Support Activity Naples Detachment (NSAND), Gaeta, Italy
