The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Maryland Health Care System, is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive solution for medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen supply and support at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Maryland Health Care System, Contracting Officer (19ACQ) - Products and Services Requested: - Medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen (estimated 163,777 CCF delivered monthly, based on 170 gallons per day) - Rental of a liquid bulk oxygen tank (12 months per year, base plus four option years) - Telemetry service for remote monitoring of the oxygen system (12 months per year) - Installation of the bulk oxygen tank (one-time service) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide a leased system with backup capability - Compliance with NFPA standards, FDA CGMP regulations, and The Joint Commission requirements is mandatory - Contractor must coordinate with the Baltimore VAMC Bulk Oxygen System Upgrade project - Ongoing telemetry and service are required for the duration of the contract - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years (each 12 months) - Place of Performance: - VA Maryland Health Care System, 10 N Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201
