Galuh I, South Jakarta - Two contract line items (CLINs): - CLIN 0001: Make-Ready with Minor Repair (28-day performance) - CLIN 0002: Make-Ready with Major Repair (49-day performance) - Minor repairs include: interior painting, wall/ceiling repairs, window grilles, wood refinishing, hardware repairs, fixture cleaning, leak repairs, curtain track and light fixture repairs, and door stopper repairs - Major repairs include all minor tasks plus: floor tile removal/installation, door handle/lock replacement, ceiling fan switch and light fixture replacement, plumbing system replacement, tile replacement on 2nd floor, shower head and gutter replacement, electrical rewiring, kitchen cabinet and countertop replacement, kitchen sink/faucet installation, LED strip lighting, and electrical distribution system rewiring - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; work is service-based and includes standard construction materials and fixtures - VAT must be listed as a separate line item for each CLIN - Notable Requirements: - Performance/payment bonds required - Liquidated damages of $252 per day for late completion - Work must begin within 10 days of Notice to Proceed - Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit all required forms - Estimated Contract Value: - Between $25,000 and $100,000 - Places of Performance and Key Locations: - Galuh 4A, Jl. Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Make-Ready Work at Galuh 4A, Jl. Galuh I, South Jakarta.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due on May 25, 2025 at 12.00pm. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to JakartaPCUBidding@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.

5. Proof of SAM Registration

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
