The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed-Price delivery order to be issued under the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), IT Operations and Services (ITOPS) has a requirement for brand name BioPoint Patient Identification Wristband System annual software license support that is currently being utilized in six VA facilities within VISN 21. No hardware will be procured as a result of this action. This action is for annual software support only.
