Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, for a base year and two 1-year options to Phigenics, LLC, 1701 Quincy Avenue, Suite 32, Naperville, IL 60540-6683. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be prepared. The period of performance shall be a base year beginning 05/04/2026 through 05/03/2027 with TWO 1-year options.
The contract will provide maintenance and support for the following: Legionella Potable Water Testing at the Louisville, KY VA Medical Center.
These water testing services are required to maintain the Rex Robley VA Medical Center Lexington in accordance with VA policy water testing standards.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
Any vendor who believes it can meet the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by no later than April 29th at 10:00AM, Eastern Time (ET).

SAM: Interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33.
