The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) for the Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) in Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties, as described below. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
