Description
This informal bid solicitation is for the supply of two complete 15kV substation grade circuit breakers, including all materials, equipment, and freight to Rocky Mount, NC. The scope excludes electrical substation connections, civil construction, permitting, regulatory approvals, inspections, startup, commissioning beyond equipment provision, testing beyond mechanical installation, and ongoing operational services. The City of Rocky Mount Energy Resources staff will handle electrical supply line connections to the new equipment. The bid deadline is May 6, 2026, at 2:00 AM.
