Description
The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional and engineering services for the design and construction of a permanent stage with a roof, pivoting wood slat wall, conditioned storage, unconditioned storage, and ramps with lighting and sound options. The selected architectural firm will design, produce construction documents, provide estimates, and perform construction administration services using the Design-Bid-Build delivery method. The scope includes programming, schematic design, design development, construction document development, minor site plan and construction plan approvals, estimating services, bid phase services, construction administration, and project closeout. Responses must be submitted by May 7, 2026, and include both written and electronic copies.
