1. Purpose
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of supporting emergency response operations within the Baltimore Area of Responsibility (AOR).
This effort supports establishment of an Emergency Contractor Call List (ECCL)—a rapid-response communication tool to identify available, capable, and right-sized contractors able to mobilize quickly during contingency events.
2. Geographic Restriction (Mandatory)
This notice is restricted to firms located in and capable of performing within the USACE Baltimore District AOR, including:
Maryland
Washington, D.C.
Northern Virginia
Central and Eastern Pennsylvania
Southern New York (limited areas)
