This opportunity seeks commercial solutions for a new Test Track Camera System at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) to replace an end-of-life system. - The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Anniston Army Depot (ACC-ANAD) is the procuring agency - Requirement is for a complete camera system covering all test track access points, pedestrian crossings, wash rack, and sloped test area - System must provide at least 30 days of local video storage with rollover deletion - Must include live multi-view displays (minimum four large displays) and on-premises audio-visual core components - Bluetooth/wireless cameras are not permitted; system must use existing fiber and power infrastructure at camera poles - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or quantities are specified; vendors are expected to propose complete solutions - Interested vendors should review the full CSO and attached AoI for submission and evaluation details - The government may modify requirements and is not obligated to make an award; all awards are subject to funding and successful negotiations - Site visit is scheduled for May 13, 2026; proposals are due by May 28, 2026 - Place of performance is Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama

Description

This announcement is for a camera system for the ANAD Test Track (AoI) under the ACC-ANAD Commercial Solutions Opening W911KF-25-S-C0001-0008.  Interested Parties should review the attachments and the full CSO posting on SAM.gov for submissions and evaluation procedures.  ACC-ANAD is not obligated to extend a request for proposal or make an award as a result of this CSO AoI; all awards are subject to the availability of funds and successful negotiations. This CSO AoI is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the Offeror associated with developing a Response. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance under this CSO AoI, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. ACC-ANAD reserves the right to modify the requirements of this CSO AoI.
