Col Luke Weathers Jr. VAMC) - OEMs and Vendors: - Avigilon (primary OEM for CCTV cameras and system components) - Cisco (network switches and power supplies) - Panduit (patch panels and installation components) - Products and Quantities: - Avigilon 6MP H6A IR Dome Cameras (3 units) - Avigilon H6F Outdoor 12MP Cameras (7 units) - Avigilon NPT and wall mount adapters (3 units), NPT adapters for H5A Fisheye Dome (14 units) - Pendant extension tubes (7 units), in-ceiling back boxes (7 units) - Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series 48 Port POE+ Switch (1 unit) and redundant power supply (1 unit) - Avigilon Unity Enterprise camera channels (10 units) - Panduit patch panel and accessories (1 unit) - Cat 6 patch cables (30 units), conduit raceway (1 unit) - Services Requested: - Complete installation and programming of the Avigilon CCTV system - Labor for installation, custom view creation, cable certification/termination, and system security setup - All technicians must be Avigilon certified; all equipment must be OEM authorized - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict brand name requirement for Avigilon cameras and system components - Installation must be performed by Avigilon-certified technicians - System security and password protection are required - Work to be performed during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays - Opportunity is set aside for SBA small businesses
