Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: National Strategic Research Institute. The above-mentioned company is the only University Affiliated Research Center that can instruct during this period of performance at our location. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
