Description:

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement.  MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Cadet Command intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to OUTDOOR ODYSSEY AT ROARING RUN, provide training, lodging and meals to JROTC Cadets, and Cadre while they participate in JCLC (JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge) from 02 JUNE  2026 – 19 JUNE 2026 for the U.S. Army Cadet Command.

This sole source award to OUTDOOR ODYSSEY is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102(a) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
