This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0196 and is issued as an (RFQ) Request for Quotation, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 03/13/2026. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
