This solicitation is a One Time Acquisition conducted by the California Department of Transportation, Division of Equipment for quantity one (1) Snow Vehicle, Passenger, Dual Track, Diesel. The vehicle is to be supplied in accordance with State of California Specification 55180-036-261-6438. The procurement will be awarded on an All or None basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all requirements.
