Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Small Business (SB).

All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SBs must be listed to receive contract awards. SB must be registered on Small Business Association (SBA) https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to be eligible for award.

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Heine Loupe Headlights (Brand Name or Equal). The Contractor shall deliver the new Heine Loupe Headlights (Brand Name or Equal) to the Little Rock Audiology Clinic. Initial delivery to Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Bldg 182, North Little Rock, AR 72114.
