Description
The Lake County Department of Social Services (LCDSS), Child Welfare Services (CWS), is soliciting proposals from qualified business organizations to provide drug and alcohol laboratory testing services. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with a maximum expenditure of $70,000 per fiscal year. The scope includes timely testing and notification of results, confirmation of positive screens using specific methods, provision of testing supplies, and expert witness services.
