The City of Westminster, Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive road striping services for approximately 38.8 miles of city roads. - Government Buyer: - City of Westminster, Maryland (Finance Department) - Products and Services Requested: - Road striping services for all city roads, including: - 5" single yellow line paint (approx. 202,708 linear feet) - 5" single white line paint (approx. 69,526 linear feet) - 5" broken white line (approx. 34,240 linear feet) - Contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials - Requirements and Standards: - All work must comply with Maryland Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for roadway markings - Contractor must visit sites to determine full scope of work - Lump sum contract, paid upon satisfactory completion - One-year guarantee period after final acceptance for defect correction - City reserves the right to modify scope and award based on lowest responsible bid - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Mandatory pre-bid meeting and 10% bid bond required - Place of Performance: - All work to be performed within the City of Westminster, Maryland
