The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for elevators and escalators at the Bonneville Lock & Dam federal facility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District Contracting Division - Scope of Services: - Routine monthly maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections for elevators and escalators - Full maintenance, repairs, inspections, testing, and emergency response - Services must comply with ASME A17.1, A17.2, and applicable state codes - Use of OEM parts and lubricants as recommended is required - Deliverables include emergency procedures, inspection reports, maintenance schedules, defect notifications, and employee training/security documentation - Equipment Covered: - Multiple geared passenger and freight elevators, hydraulic passenger elevators, rack & pinion elevator, and 48 J-type escalators - Equipment located across Oregon and Washington sections of the Bonneville Lock & Dam - Out-of-service units are excluded from maintenance - Period of Performance: - Base period of 6 months, with four additional 12-month option years - Unique Requirements: - Strict compliance with ASME and state safety codes - Emergency egress services - Use of OEM-recommended parts and lubricants - Place of Performance: - Bonneville Lock & Dam, Cascade Locks, Oregon, with equipment also in Washington sections of the facility

The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes.

5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods.
