Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) 378 for a B General Building Contractor. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on buildings and structures at various locations throughout the County. The contract includes a Simplebid Unit Price Book with preset unit prices for construction tasks. The successful contractor will provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work as ordered by the County through individual Job Orders. The contract has a maximum value of $5,000,000 and a base period of 12 months from contract award or expenditure of the maximum value, whichever occurs first.
