Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 376 for C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on buildings and structures at various locations throughout the County. The contract includes a Simplebid Unit Price Book with preset unit prices for construction tasks, and the successful offeror will furnish all management, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. The contract term is one year or until the maximum contract value of $1,500,000 is expended, whichever occurs first. Bids must be submitted electronically via BuyNet by May 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
