Description

This solicitation is for increasing the R value of the office area of the firehall by installing an insulated exterior cladding system. The work includes repairing metal flashing, repairing or replacing exterior soffits, replacing shop louvers/screens, and replacing all exposed joint seals. Additionally, painting the existing metal cladding around the top of the building (shop area) to match the new cladding around the office is required.
