Description

The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management services for the pre-construction and construction phases of the South Lobby Redevelopment project. The project will use a Construction Manager delivery model with an option to convert to a Guaranteed Maximum Price or Stipulated Sum at the Owner's discretion. The scope includes redevelopment of the South Lobby at NAIT. The project delivery period is from June 12, 2026, to December 31, 2028.
