Description

The Health Protection Branch of the Public Health Delivery Division of Primary and Preventative Health Services (PPHS) is seeking support to fully develop and implement data management frameworks for environmental public health in Alberta. The work includes addressing a backlog of datasets, maintaining data from routine monitoring programs, managing datasets received from other agencies, and maintaining surge capacity during unplanned incidents. Key objectives include dataset quality optimization, data governance and stewardship, dataset development and maintenance, public access and transparency, EPHS deliverables and products, and program support and continuous improvement.
