Description

Canadian Forces Base Edmonton requires an "As and When Requested" Standing Offer Agreement to augment grounds keeping tasks completed through DND's Roads and Grounds section. The work includes furnishing all labor, estimating, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and administration necessary to provide grounds keeping services. The solicitation is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, allowing only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner to participate. A mandatory work site visit at CFB Edmonton Garrison is required for offerors. Late submissions will not be accepted.
