Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Ltd. (CNL) is seeking qualified proponents for lean consulting services to create a Master Services Agreement (MSA). The procurement process consists of two stages: a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to establish qualified proponents, followed by a Request for Proposal (RFP) for those selected. The solicitation aims to pre-qualify a minimum of 3 and up to 6 proponents who demonstrate appropriate technical capability, financial resources, and experience. Responses must be submitted electronically by May 11, 2026, with questions accepted until May 7, 2026.
