The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (CM) services for pre-construction and construction services for the proposed South Lobby Redevelopment project. The business arrangement will incorporate a Construction Manager delivery model with the option to convert to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or Stipulated Sum at the Owner’s discretion. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 1:00 pm (MT). Proposals are due by May 20, 2026.
