BC Hydro and Power Authority is seeking proposals for steel tower and pole fabrication services to support its transmission and telecommunication infrastructure needs across British Columbia. - Government Buyer: - BC Hydro and Power Authority (provincial utility) - Scope of Work: - Fabrication and supply of steel tower and pole components for: - Transmission overhead line supporting structures - Telecommunication antenna supporting structures - Supply of un-galvanized (black) steel for tower fabrication - Requirements: - All products and services must comply with BC Hydro standards, relevant industry standards, and applicable codes - Services will be provided on an as-needed basis under a Master Services Agreement (MSA), with work assigned via Work Authorization Contracts - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Locations: - Services to be performed throughout the Province of British Columbia - BC Hydro and Power Authority is the contracting office

Description

This RFP is for one or more Master Services Agreement (MSA) contracts that include the supply of fabricated steel tower and/or pole components for transmission overhead line supporting structures and telecommunication antenna supporting structures. It also includes the supply of un-galvanized (black) steel for fabrication of steel tower components that meet BC Hydro standards, industry standards, and code requirements. The services are required on an as and when needed basis throughout the Province of British Columbia. Suppliers awarded an MSA will receive work via a Work Authorization Contract for the applicable services.
