Description

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking vendors to provide remediation and oversight engineering services at various sites under the Superfund Program, including State and Federal Superfund sites managed by Texas. The contract may also be used for similar activities by other TCEQ Program Areas at their discretion. The contract term is expected to run continuously from November 2026 through August 31, 2031. The estimated contract value is approximately $24 million, and the response deadline is June 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time.
