Description
Project consists of installation of non-penetrating roof mount with structural support poles for three antennas. All conduit from equipment room to each antenna location on the roof. This will also include roof penetration repairs to the roof. Cable trays, grounding and bonding as per TIA-607 specifications. All electrical, HVAC and FLS required per plans. Electrical and HVAC will require General Contractor to provide stamped engineering plans. The project is prevailing wage, COI will require UCSB to be added as an additional insured. A mandatory site walk for bidding is scheduled for May 15, 2026. Only the general contractor can attend the site walk. Other job walks can be scheduled with subcontractors. The roofing contractor will be required to use UCSB roofing contract for the scope of work on roof penetrations.
