Description
The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals for a concessionaire contract to manage the day-to-day recreational operations at Camanche Hills Hunt Preserve. The contract term is for 10 years with 2 options to renew for one-year terms. The concessionaire will be responsible for operating and maintaining the preserve and its facilities, including clubhouse headquarters, game bird operations, hunting zones, bird picking/cleaning area, game dog kennels, gunsmith services, sporting clays and trap ranges, food service facilities, and recreational vehicle parking. Proposers must have at least three years of experience in upland bird hunting and recreational sport shooting, be certified by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and possess all necessary permits and licenses. A mandatory site walk is scheduled for May 11, 2026, and proposals are due by May 22, 2026.
