Description
The Town of Williamston is seeking a licensed general contractor to provide construction renovation and repair services for the renovation of part of Town Hall. This project involves a complete remodel of the Old Police Department Training Room and Kitchen located at the back of the building facing Smithwick Street. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal necessary to complete the renovation in accordance with applicable codes including ADA standards and NC Building Codes. The work includes demolition, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, and installation of a bathroom, with coordination to maintain safe access and protect existing utilities and finishes.
