This opportunity seeks construction services for a new office within Building 59 Warehouse at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, PA. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), including DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) and Installation Management Division - OEMs and Vendors: - LG Electronics (for HVAC mini-split and energy recovery ventilator units) - Siemens (for Cerberus Pro fire alarm system compatibility) - Products/Services Requested: - Construction of a 20' x 16' office, including: - Demolition and removal of existing warehouse office/portable office trailer - Installation of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, and communications systems - Specific products: - LG KNUDB121A mini split HVAC indoor unit (1) - LG KUSXB121A mini split HVAC outdoor unit (1) - LG ARV00903RA6 energy recovery ventilator (1) - Addressable fire alarm system compatible with Siemens Cerberus Pro - Steel doors/frames, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, LED lighting, telecommunications cabling, and other standard construction materials - Services include all labor, materials, equipment, demolition, installation, testing, and commissioning - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) - Compliance with construction wage rates, OSHA, NFPA, and federal standards - Submission of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) - Detailed quality control, environmental controls, and warranty inspections - Project must be completed within 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed - Fire alarm system must be compatible with existing Siemens Cerberus Pro infrastructure

Description

Provide all necessary, labor, material and equipment to perform all work associated with performing the following tasks but not limited to: Construct 20’-0” x 16’-0” office within Building 59 Warehouse including mechanical, electrical, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, and communications systems as indicated on the drawings and specifications and demolish and remove the existing warehouse office as indicated on the drawings and specifications in Building 59 warehouse at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna.
