Description
The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking qualified Consultants to establish one or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for Building Condition Evaluations services. These services support the County's Capital Improvement Program on an as-needed basis, with a maximum of three contracts to be awarded. The evaluations include detailed and comprehensive assessments addressing energy efficiency, building envelope design, and various building systems and operations. Consultants are expected to present their approach to Community and End User groups and provide superior building construction evaluation services.
