Description

The College intends to contract with several firms for On-Call Architectural Services. Typical services may include research, design, preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents, cost estimating, submittals review, presentations, and coordination of subcontractors for projects relating to building improvements, including utilities such as lighting, water, electrical, gas, and sanitary sewer.
