Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the replacement of HVAC makeup air units, test and balance services, and building automation system (BAS) controls at the Hattie Mae White Administration Building. The project term is from August 14, 2026, through August 13, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond August 13, 2029, and an optional 90-day extension for business continuity. A pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on April 8, 2026. Vendors must register to attend and direct questions to the designated contact.
